These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ilanot Sacred Arts website and the purchase of products offered through it. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
About Ilanot Sacred Arts
Ilanot Sacred Arts is operated by an independent fine art publisher based in Israel, with printing and fulfillment carried out in the United States. All products are offered for educational, artistic, and contemplative purposes.
Products
All works offered on this site are museum-quality fine art prints reproduced from historical manuscripts under license or with permission. Prints are produced to order using archival materials. While the works are based on centuries-old sources, the reproductions themselves are contemporary fine art prints.
Product images displayed on the website are intentionally presented at reduced resolution. The physical prints you receive are produced at significantly higher resolution and detail.
Orders & Production
All items are made to order. Standard production time is approximately 5–10 business days prior to shipment. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely via the checkout methods offered on the site. Ilanot Sacred Arts does not store payment information.
Shipping
All prints are made to order and prepared with great care.
Each work is packaged using new, professional-grade materials and placed in a clear archival sleeve prior to shipment. Prints up to 27 × 21 in are shipped flat. Larger works are shipped rolled to ensure safe transit and material integrity.
Orders are typically dispatched within 72 business hours of production completion. We currently ship via FedEx Groundwithin the United States.
All outbound shipments are fully insured by default and carefully packaged to protect the artwork during transit.
Returns & Damages

Because all prints are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:

A clear production or fulfillment error
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at
contact@ilanotsacredarts.com within 72 hours of delivery, including photographs of the issue and your order number.
We will work promptly to assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Intellectual Property
All images, texts, and content on this site are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission. Purchase of a print does not grant reproduction rights.
Taxes & Duties
Sales tax may be applied where required by law. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their local authorities.
Limitation of Liability
Ilanot Sacred Arts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of its products beyond the amount paid for the item.
Minor variations in color or tone between on-screen images and printed works may occur due to differences in display settings. Such variations do not constitute defects.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected misuse of the site.
