Shipping Policy
All works offered by Ilanot Sacred Arts are produced to order and printed specifically for each customer.
Printing and fulfillment take place in the United States, where each print is produced using museum-grade materials and archival processes. Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days from the time production begins. Larger or more complex works may require additional handling time.
All shipments are fully insured by default and carefully packaged to protect the artwork during transit. Prints are shipped flat or rolled, depending on size and medium, using professional art-handling materials designed to ensure safe delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
At this time, we ship primarily within the United States. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis; please contact us prior to ordering if you have questions about delivery outside the U.S.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because all prints are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of:

Damage incurred during shipping

A clear production or fulfillment error
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@ilanotsacredarts.com within 72 hours of delivery, including photographs of the issue and your order number. We will work promptly to assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please note that slight variations in color, tone, or texture may occur between on-screen images and the final printed artwork. Such variations are inherent to fine art printing and do not constitute defects.
